1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Lodgr, a hospitality management platform operated by Wariverse ("Wariverse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Lodgr, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Description of Service

Lodgr is a hospitality management platform for serviced apartments, hotels, boutique properties and multi-property operators. It provides tools for reservations, guest management, payments, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, staff operations, corporate billing and reporting.

3. Account Registration & Free Trial

To use Lodgr, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. Lodgr currently offers a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start a trial. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid Lodgr subscriptions are billed in Nigerian Naira through Paystack, according to the plan you select. Prices and plan features are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Lodgr for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another operator's account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security.
• Reverse-engineer or resell access to Lodgr without our written permission.

6. Customer Data Ownership

As between you and Wariverse, you own the operational, guest and business data you enter into Lodgr. We process this data solely to provide and support the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Lodgr, including its software, design and branding, is the property of Wariverse. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use Lodgr as described here.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep Lodgr available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, and from time to time the platform may be temporarily unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wariverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Lodgr. Our total liability for any claim relating to Lodgr is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Lodgr and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other operators.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Lodgr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
